What we do with your details

Short version: we collect what we need to answer your order request, we use it for that, and we do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.

What we collect

Only what you type into the order request form. Your name and email address, because we cannot reply without them. Your phone number, the soaps you are interested in, a quantity, a delivery preference and a message, if you choose to give them.

Why we collect it

To read your request, confirm what is available, quote a total, and arrange payment and hand-off with you. That is the only reason.

Who else sees it

Your request is delivered to us by FormSubmit, a form-handling service that receives what you send and forwards it to our inbox on our behalf. It passes through their systems for that purpose and no other. It is not used for advertising and it is not sold on. Their terms are at formsubmit.co/terms.

Nothing else on this page sends your details anywhere. There is no advertising network, no social media tracker, and no third-party font or script. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so your visit is not reported to one.

How long we keep it

We keep order requests for as long as we need them to fulfil the order and handle any follow-up. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Analytics

If we measure anything, it is limited to counts of page views and how often the order form is used. No profiles, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising cookies.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no mailing list to unsubscribe from, because we do not run one.
